In this week's episode of Bar Rescue, the show is in St. Clair, Missouri to rescue Brothers on Main. This is another rescue where Jon Taffer is not there, but Jason Santos is in charge. Brothers on Main is owned by brothers David and Daniel. The brothers aren't getting along and they aren't at the bar enough to run it properly. The bar is supposedly weeks away from closing if things do not turn around.
During the Bar Rescue makeover, the show decided to change the name of Brothers on Main to Blue Velvet and the bar kept the name. However, Blue Velvet closed before their episode first aired.
